Cancellation Policy
-Clients cancelling appointments within 24 hours, will be charge 80% cost of service.
-Clients cancelling appointments within 8 hours (or no-shows) of their appointment time will be charged 80% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
-If you’re 20 minutes late or more to your appointment, we cannot guarantee your results’ full satisfaction. Therefore, we will reschedule clients arriving 20 minutes late and will charge them 80% of the appointment value.
-This cancellation policy applies to all appointment’s made.
-NO refunds or fraudulent claims of chargebacks to your bank as this agreement will be utilized as proof and will be submitted to your banks fraud department that you in fact understand you agree to our policies.
