Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment with The Beauty Bizz, you agree to the following cancellation terms: 1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 80% of the total service cost. This fee is due to the difficulty of filling the appointment on short notice. 2. Cancellations Within 8 Hours & No-Shows: • If you cancel your appointment within 8 hours of your scheduled time or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), you will be charged 80% of the total service cost. Same-day cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our schedule and ability to serve other clients. 3. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive 20 minutes late or more to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service. In this case, you will be charged 80% of the total service cost. This ensures that all clients receive the full time and attention their service requires. 4. Applicability: • This cancellation policy applies to all appointments made with The Beauty Bizz. 5. No Refunds: • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Additionally, any chargeback or fraudulent claim to your bank will be contested with this policy agreement, which you acknowledge and accept when booking your appointment. This policy will be submitted as evidence to the bank’s fraud department in the event of a dispute. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, as it allows us to provide quality services to all of our clients.
